At first I was a bit annoyed to start with the basics but I soon realized that we were moving quickly through the early stages and it helped to reinforce what I had learnt before. What I have found most useful is the emphasis on conversation and vocabulary. In addition, a different teaching method from that to which I am accustomed has given me a better understanding of, for instance, irregular verbs. I have enjoyed being in a group. Most of the other students are lively and intelligent. They are not afraid to ask questions and I think we all learn from one another therefore.
