Ailola Quito is a fantastic school

Ailola Quito is a fantastic school. It's filled with incredibly intelligent, kind, encouraging and personable teachers and staff. During my time there I felt as though everyone was actively invested in my learning process, and in making sure I enjoyed my time in Quito. The location is perfect as well. The host family I stayed with was phenomenal, generous, and welcoming. With private classes and practice with the host family I feel my Spanish (and specifically grammar) have noticeably improved. My only complaint would be that the cooking class wasn't really a cooking class, more like a communal lunch. It was a great activity to have and helped build community but calling it a cooking class is a bit misleading.
