Great School. Great experience.

Ailola Quito Spanish School has been a fantastic place to learn Spanish. From the moment I started making enquirers, I knew it was the right choice for me. My emails and questions were always responded to promptly and patiently.

When I arrived, I spoke absolutely no Spanish and was worried it would be a problem. It wasn't. My first teacher, Daniela, was fantastic. She explained things really clearly when I didn't understand, was really patient with all my questions (I was a slow learner in the beginning and asked a lot of questions!), encouraged us to regularly speak/answer in Spanish and was just generally really lovely and welcoming.

During my 4 weeks at Ailola I had 4 different teachers and all 4 were great in different ways. After having Daniela for my first 2 weeks I didn't want to change but was really happy with all the teachers I had (Sylvia, Tania and Tito). Paola, the lady who runs the day to day stuff was easy to speak with and happy to help out with anything the students needed.

There is much more I could say about my experience here but I think long reviews can get boring!! Overall I had a great experience at Ailola, I have met some fantastic people and I can now speak some Spanish and understand even more.

Oh one last thing, I would highly recommend the homestay option! The family I have lived with (Luli, Gabi and Saskia) have been amazing. There are also other students here which means there are always people to chat with (English and Spanish) and always people to do things with. I have absolutely loved staying here. It will be hard to leave tomorrow.
