Great internship experience at Ailola Quito!

I am very happy with the internship I completed at Ailola Quito! The tasks were diverse and interesting and I got support from the headquarter in Germany and my co-workers in Quito when I needed it. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and I really enjoyed going to work every day. Apart from doing a lot on the computer, I also had contact to all the different students that were at school every day, e.g. during the orientation I gave them and in the office when they had any questions. I was able to work independently and could take responsibility from the beginning on. Moreover, everything was well organized and the communication with the headquarter was easy and quick. My accommodation in a host family was really nice and I am very grateful about the Spanish lessons I received during the internship period of six months. I had a great time and can recommend doing your internship with Ailola Quito!!
