Great time in Ecuador

I stayed in Ecuador for 3 months in total. I worked as an intern for Ailola in social media marketing and learned a lot. I also took classes for the whole 3 months and am almost fluent at the time. I had many different teachers which all were very well prepared and managed to take my personal interests into account. The administration is extremely flexible and the people who work at Ailola are just lovely. I stayed at an Ecuadorian host family which truly has become my own now. They are extremely helpful and make you feel at home. The food was amazing. I took part in most of the afterschool activities and had good fun at salsa, the weekly excursions and the weekly cooking party. The weekend excursions with Washington were great. He is an awesome guide and takes you to amazing places. I have felt warmly welcomed and very safe in Quito and it breaks my heart that I have to leave.
