Welcome to our family student residence located close to the “El Ejido” park. The beautiful home has to offer one double bedroom with two queen-sized beds, and three single bedrooms which are also suitable for couples. There are two shared bathrooms, both equipped with a shower. Also, there are several areas for the students to hang out, make music, watch TV or relax.
About the host
The family student residence is run by Lourdes, called Luly, and her two daughters Saskia and María Gabriela who will prepare a good breakfast for you in the morning. The rest of the day you will be independent, but if there are any questions concerning Ecuador or Quito, Luly will be more than happy to provide you with the answers.
About the neighborhood
Our student residence is located very close to the historic center. Shops and a supermarket are closeby, as well as public transportation. The house is right next to “Parque El Ejido” which offers many possibilities like doing sports, walking or just relaxing. Every weekend, there is an exhibition on the park where local artists sell their typical Ecuadorian artwork. Also, the house is not far from the party district “La Mariscal” which can be reached by foot. The way to school takes about 5 minutes with the Trole-bus and 15 minutes by foot.
