I came to the school speaking zero Spanish and the teacher kept every class fun, active, and engaging. The other students were great and there was a very welcoming environment that provided opportunities for people to make friends and hang out outside of class as well. I really enjoyed the salsa classes that were offered for free and it was great how many of the other students attended. The school took many extra steps to make out time better than expected. For example, they helped with airport transfers and getting to our host family the first day. We only planned on doing one week but after three days we enjoyed it so much that we booked a second week at the Otavalo campus.
